Earth points are our way of giving back something to our loyal customers. They are a free reward scheme that we offer on qualifying spends within our online store.
For every candle from our collections you buy from us online you shall receive 10 Earth Points*. These points are usually applied to your online account within 24 Hrs of dispatch.
Points are only awarded to customers who are logged in or have created one during checkout. We know this is a pain but it is the only way we can ensure you receive your points.
All Earth Points have NO CASH VALUE. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once you receive 100 Earth Points you can buy any candle from our Signature range by redeeming your points at the checkout.

Refunds will be processed once the parcel has reached us in the original complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, not in it’s original packaging nor in a reasonable condition will not be refunded.
Depending on the reason for return you will not be refunded any original delivery charges.
We are hoping to speed this process up and allow online returns in the future.
